Medway Teenage Pregnancy Programme is offering the exciting opportunity for organisations (including voluntary and community organisations) to bid for small grants to support their work in reducing the under-18 conception rate in the local area.

Priority will be given to projects that deliver demonstrable benefit to the target population and should address at least one of the following criteria:

•  Target / cover groups of young people who are known to be at increased risk of teenage pregnancy (including high rate wards). 
•  Develop partnership working with two or more organisations to establish effective joint working and long-term sustainability 
• Are pilot projects that meet local needs and have ongoing funding available from other sources to continue after the pilot period. 
•  Build community strengths and meet unmet needs
