Gillingham Gymnastics Special Needs Club will be holding a Family Fun Day on Sunday 25th September at the Scout Hut, Capstone Road, Chatham from 11am-3pm.

Gillingham Gymnastics Special Needs Club is a group of young people with physical and learning disabilities who have overcome some major difficulties to achieve a huge range of gold, silver and bronze medals in competitions in London, Poole and Milton Keynes over the years.

This year, they have an invitation to attend a special event in Jersey in March 2012, which is of course Olympics year. Their aim is to raise enough money for the eight special needs gymnasts, their carers and two gymnastics coaches to attend this once in a lifetime opportunity.
